I love to hate the bus. And i hate to love the bus.

I was damn annoyed last week cos I specifically asked my colleague to drop me off at the train station after car decal but the train had to break down and i had to go take a stupid bus which took me to some forsaken corner of Singapore before i realised i took it in the wrong direction. So somehow i ended up reaching home at 10pm though work ended at 7pm. HA HA. That's why i hate public transport. Grah.

But that's also where i get my daily dose of entertainment. That day I was on the bus and there was this lady who was seated near the aisle, leaving the window seat empty. This uncle saw the empty seat and gestured to her, hoping she could give way so he could squeeze through. Then she looked up and took out her wallet to show him. LOL. It took me a second before I realised what's going on. That uncle was like "你做什么？*the two continue to stare at each other* OHHH你以为我要查票啊？" So funny. I wonder why she thought he's the bus conductor. He wasn't even wearing a vest or something similar. How embarrassing.

And I never get why some people like to get ready to alight even when they are stops away. I was sitting near the aisle beside a guy and was falling fast asleep when he suddenly poked me in the arm (intentionally unintentional, a trick i always use when atrocious strangers sleep on my shoulder). I saw him take out his wallet from the corner of my eyes so i tried hard to stay awake, just long enough so he could get out safely. And guess what? It was a good 5 stops before he alighted. wtfh. By the fourth stop, I almost asked him if he just likes to dig out his wallet in the middle of the trip and hold it like it's some sort of a perverted hobby or he's serious about alighting. So kiasu for what. He totally ruined it for me. I couldnt sleep for the rest of the journey after that.

Hurrrrrrrrrr. I shall sleep early tonight. Just in case the person sitting next to me tomorrow decides to take out her wallet 20 stops before she alights.

Today's the worst day of my life. No, make that one of the worse days of my life. Knowing the jinx that I am, if i were to proclaim today as the WORST, tomorrow would be WORSE.

And I just gotta say, I HATE BUSES. I HATE TRAINS. I HATE TAXIS. SOMEONE PLEASE BUY ME A CAR WHICH COMES WITH A CHAUFFEUR.
