I reached home at 12am this morning after an entire day of filming. Had to take a cab home from simei cos the last train to boonlay is at 11.28pm (i checked it out beforehand) and by the time we finished it was nearly 11.25 =_= I realised that it takes just 20minutes to reach home from simei so i managed to escape from all the surcharges. 20bucks. Fine it got me home comfortably so i shan't complain anymore.

Has anyone read this morning's papers? They interviewed this ntu student on how she thinks the recession has affected her and she says it's no big deal cos her parents r providing for her? Then she giggled about how she's still going to buy branded stuff and her mom's still going to get her the expensive phone she's been eyeing cos her birthday is coming up. After that she sighed and says she thinks it's silly that her fren who's surviving on 20bucks a day (or wk i cant rem) is working part time. "I cannot understand why she cannot just ask her parents for more money."

It's either she's really a too-frank-to-be-true bimbo or the interviewer has somehow managed to frame her that way. Whichever it is, i just can't believe she can say things like that. Why dont she ask her parents for more money and give to her fren? I pity her fren too, having to put up with an insensitive bimbo. I guess people like her will only learn when reality hits her the harsh way. I say good luck man. Continue to buy your branded stuff until one day you realise you've to pawn them just to get money for food.
